DEADLINE is 2pm on Monday, January 12, 2026

YOU MUST obtain an academic transcript from your MHS portal and submit it via email to moorelionsalumni@gmail.com OR drop a hard copy in the MHSAA Scholarship Application box found in the counselors office. Counselors WILL NOT produce transcripts for you.

APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR CONSIDERED WITHOUT A TRANSCRIPT.
