About Your Class Reunion:
We get a lot of e-mail like the following:
- "I have not been contacted about my class reunion..."
- "When are you holding my (5,10,15,20)th reunion..."
- "Pease provide a list of those in my class..."
- "Why did no one contact me about my reunion?"
Neither Moore High School nor the Alumni Association will
contact you about your class reunion. If your class wants to
hold a reunion then someone(s) from your class must take
the initiative.
As shocking as this may be there are even more surprises:
The Alumni Association does not have a mailing list for your
class. The High School may have one but you can't have it
(and for very good reasons - they don't give it to anyone else
either.) So you have to make your own list.
But You Can Hold A Reunion
There are many people who have done this. It does take
some effort but there are wonderful rewards both in the
event and in the planning and preparation.
Finally the Alumni Association does regularly sponsor
an All Classes Reunion. Your class may well decide to
participate in that event rather than hold your own. |
